Welcome to OX CRM ("OX CRM," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, CRM platform, integrations, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

When you register for an OX CRM account, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
Maintain the security of your login credentials;
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not assign or transfer your account to another party without our prior written consent.
OX CRM provides a custom-built customer relationship management solution powered by white-labeled infrastructure (including GoHighLevel) and enhanced with proprietary automation, AI workflows, and CRM configuration. Our service includes optional integrations with tools such as:
Calendly
Gmail/Google Calendar
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Stripe, Twilio, and others
We reserve the right to change or discontinue any feature or functionality at any time, without liability.
Use of the Service requires a paid subscription, billed on a monthly basis. Your billing cycle begins upon account activation and continues until canceled.
Pricing is variable and depends on your feature usage. You may incur additional fees for services such as:
AI tool usage
SMS or email credit usage
Automation scaling
A one-time onboarding fee may apply. This fee is typically $197 but is subject to change or negotiation based on scope.
OX CRM does not offer refunds for subscription fees or onboarding costs. There is no free trial or money-back guarantee unless explicitly stated in writing.
You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by emailing our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, failure to pay, or misuse of the platform.
All features, functions, scripts, workflows, content, and brand assets of OX CRM are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, or resell our proprietary automations or configurations;
Reverse-engineer or duplicate our integrations or system logic;
Use our brand without written consent.
You retain ownership of your own user-generated content and customer data.
You may not use the Service to:
Violate any laws or regulations;
Spam users, engage in phishing, or send unauthorized marketing;
Transmit malicious software or disrupt platform performance;
Impersonate OX CRM, its staff, or other users;
Infringe on intellectual property or data privacy rights.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action for any abuse.
After onboarding, you will manage your own CRM account and are responsible for all configurations and workflows unless otherwise agreed.
OX CRM retains admin access to all accounts for maintenance, support, troubleshooting, compliance, or requested changes. We will never modify your setup without permission unless required to protect the integrity of the platform.
Support options may include:
Email, chat, and scheduled calls
Guided onboarding and training sessions
Premium support for advanced builds (priced separately)
Support responsiveness and availability may vary by subscription tier.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
Specific business results or revenue improvements
Uninterrupted or error-free functionality
Compatibility with all third-party integrations at all times
Use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
OX CRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or loss of profits;
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to OX CRM in the preceding 90 days;
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools, outages, or platform changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in [Santa Cruz County], California.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
